This tranquil setting and beautifully designed split-level house is a mere stroll away from the Village of Port Douglas with it's fine dining, shops with designer clothing and local artefacts, as well as the famous Four-Mile Beach.FEATURES The upper level contains 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with private balconies. Down a level the main living area opens on three sides to a wide shady verandah creating a pavilion amongst the palm tops. The third level houses the fourth, twin bedroom with a separate meal/TV area, which leads out to the pool deck and BBQ. This home has been specifically designed for "Life in the Tropics". You have a selection of cool shady areas to curl up with a book or share a bottle of wine with friends and enjoy the views. The pool is well protected from the sun in the winter, but is also heated to just the right temperature for that long laze in the water during the winter months.
