Terms and Conditions of Holiday Rentals


Minimum of 5 nights in all properties. To secure a holiday booking, payment of 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. If the deposit is not received within 7 days of the tentative phone or fax booking we reserve the right to take another deposit without further reference. Final payment of full balance outstanding must be received at our office 30 days prior to commencement date of the booking. All deposits and final payments are held in our fully audited trust account and not released until check-in. For cancellations made by either party 60 days prior to the commencement of booking the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 60 days before the commencement of the booking the deposit will be forfeited if the property cannot be relet for the reserved time. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking date, there will be no entitlement to a refund. A Phone Bond of AUD $200.00 prior to the commencement of the booking is necessary if STD phone/fax facilities are required. Limited credit card facilities available.
