Constructed and finished in early 2003, the holiday home is designed and decorated with a very chic and modern style. The home is on two levels. The top level is locked for the exclusive use of the owners when they are in residence and the second level is available for holiday accommodation.

Both levels are totally separate, self-contained and private. The guest accommodation on the lower level features two generous bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, a fully appointed kitchen, lounge room, breathtaking deck area, laundry and carport. Probably the best place to fully appreciate the stunning ocean views is from the wet edge pool or the pool deck.

There is a walkway to Murphy Street, the town centre and Four-Mile Beach. This is an outstanding property and comes highly recommended, but is unfortunately unsuitable for children. The property is not available while the owner is in house so you are assured of a private stay with full use of all facilities.
